The Cabins on Little Pine are located along the eastern shoreline of Little Pine Lake, near Perham, Minnesota. Our family has been taking summer vacations on this lake since the mid-40s, back when the fishing and relaxing climate attracted many visitors and resorts on the lake were plentiful. We purchased The Cabins in the summer of 2019, hoping to extend our enjoyment of family vacations on this lake for many more years, since the last remaining public resort was up for sale and we weren’t sure if it would remain open as a resort when ownership changed hands. We are so happy that the hours of fun and laughter we have enjoyed on this lake will continue on.
The Cabins consist of a main cabin (3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, 3/4 bath, sun porch, and garage), a small cabin (1 bedroom, living room, kitchenette, 3/4 bath, and patio), and a boat house and dock. The living rooms feature hide-a-bed couches, and there are bunkbeds in one of the main cabin bedrooms, providing enough space for large families to share.
The town of Perham, Minnesota is located just a few miles south of The Cabins, offering shopping and entertainment for vacationers. Summer months feature Turtle Races every Wednesday for the kids, trolley rides called the Perham Express that give guided tours and tell the history of the town, and other fun events. Zorbaz, of the best pizza and Mexican restaurants in the area, is located right across the lake and you can actually boat across and tie up at their dock to get lunch or play their arcade games! Little Pine Lake is the source for endless summer fun.
